■ 筋肉痛MAX！　　[ NO. 2008051901-1 ]

日曜日はおつかれさまでした。

おかげさまで本日筋肉痛で首がまわりません・・

こんなことでは先が思いやられます。

今から暑さも加わると思うと恐ろしい気もしますが、

梅雨に入って、グラウンド練習が少なくなる前に

動けるときにしっかり動いておこうと思います。

新しく来てくれた皆さん、今後ともどうぞよろしく！
